Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos of the product
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

After reviewing your case, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products damaged through misuse
• Items returned without prior approval
• Change of mind purchases

Refunds

Once your claim has been approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days.
